SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Evergreen River Craft. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All lanyard and drop orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Ground USPS Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 on all orders and usually takes 5-7 Business Days. *
2 Day Priority USPS Shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 on all orders.*
1 Day Priority Express USPS Shipping is a flat rate of $25.00 on all orders.*
* All delivery times are based on pick-up before 12:00pm mst. Please add one day for orders picked-up after the 12:00pm cutoff.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes
Evergreen River Craft ships to addresses within the Continential U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. You should select 5-7 Business Days Standard when shipping to a PO Box. For all other shipping options, a physical shipping address is required.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Evergreen River Craft is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Evergreen River Craft is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thanks for shopping with Evergreen River Craft. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Without the original receipt or proof of purchase, we cannot issue a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
All returns must have their original receipt or proof of purchase to receive a refund.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges! Simply give us a call 720-308-3941 and we will place your new order, charging your credit card, and we'll waive regular shipping charges on your new item. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item. As with refunds you have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
